WEBSITE & MEMBERSHIP TERMS
Clear rules for using RegimeWorks.
Last updated: 29 September 2026
These Terms govern use of regimeworks.com and, after an application is accepted and payment is completed, the RegimeWorks educational membership.
1. Supplier information
The service is supplied by FJFM Holdings (Pty) Ltd trading as RegimeWorks, a South African private company.
- Registration number: 2022/452814/07
- VAT number: 4350323293
- Service address: 7 Touwsrivier Street, Ext 16, Secunda, Mpumalanga, 2302, South Africa
- Support and legal contact: support@regimeworks.com
- Website: regimeworks.com
2. Nature of the service
RegimeWorks provides general trading education, analytical tools and an educational community. The founding membership includes a structured 90-day pathway, onboarding, private TradingView indicator access after the required foundations are completed, weekly group markup reviews, a member community and educational support.
RegimeWorks does not provide trading signals, personalised financial advice, managed accounts, broker services, copy trading, guaranteed returns or instructions to enter or exit a live trade.
3. Eligibility and applications
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and understand basic trading concepts such as pips, stop-losses, take-profits, risk-to-reward, lot size, position sizing and order types. Smart Money Concepts experience is not required.
Applications are reviewed manually. RegimeWorks may accept or decline an application in good faith based on suitability, available capacity and the expectations expressed. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Information supplied must be accurate and materially incorrect information should be corrected promptly.
4. Access sequence
- Application approval.
- Acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy and Trading Risk Disclosure.
- Successful monthly payment through the provider shown at checkout.
- Training-portal, community and onboarding access.
- Completion of the required foundations and onboarding assessment.
- Explicit TradingView username request and manual invite-only indicator activation.
Indicator, training and community access require an active membership. Access is personal and may not be shared.
5. Fees and recurring billing
Wave 1 is limited to the first five accepted founding members at R1,199 per month including VAT. Billing is monthly in South African rand through the payment provider displayed at checkout. There is no setup fee and no free trial.
By completing checkout, a member authorises the selected payment method to be charged monthly until cancellation. The founding price remains locked only while the membership remains continuously active and payments remain current. If a membership is cancelled, expires or is terminated for non-payment, the founding rate is not reserved for a later return.
6. Cancellation, access and refunds
A member may cancel future renewal through any account control provided at checkout or by emailing support@regimeworks.com before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future billing and access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period.
Fees already paid are not automatically refundable once access and digital services have been supplied, except where applicable law provides a right, a duplicate or billing error occurred, or RegimeWorks materially failed to provide the paid service. Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Personal access and intellectual property
RegimeWorks grants an active member a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the training, community and indicator for personal education and trading analysis. Ownership is not transferred.
- Do not share or sell an account, indicator invite or member material.
- Do not copy, record, publish, distribute or commercially exploit protected content.
- Do not provide the indicator or its outputs as a signal or resale service.
- Do not reverse engineer or attempt to recreate protected source code.
- Do not bypass security or access controls.
8. Member responsibility and conduct
Every member remains solely responsible for decisions and risk on their own trading account. The community is an educational space and may not be used as a signal, solicitation or account-management service.
- Communicate respectfully and protect other members’ privacy.
- Do not present speculation as certainty or pressure another member to trade.
- Do not post passwords, broker credentials or unnecessary account information.
- Do not solicit members for competing products, investments or unapproved services.
- Follow moderation and platform rules.
RegimeWorks may remove content or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect members, intellectual property or the service. Material breaches, non-payment, account sharing, harassment or unlawful conduct may result in termination.
9. Member content and feedback
Members retain ownership of original markups, journal extracts and other content they create. Posting in the community grants RegimeWorks limited permission to host, display and use that content only as needed to operate and moderate the membership. Identifiable results, feedback or testimonials will not be used publicly for marketing without separate permission.
Founding members may be asked for honest feedback around days 30, 60 and 90. Positive feedback or a public testimonial is never required.
10. Risk, availability and changes
Leveraged trading is high risk and can result in substantial losses. Backtests, examples and member discussions are not promises of future performance. The separate Trading Risk Disclosure forms part of these Terms.
RegimeWorks aims to provide reliable access but does not promise uninterrupted website, indicator, email, payment, video or community availability. Maintenance, market-data differences and third-party outages may affect the service. Reasonable changes may be made to content, tools, schedules or platforms; members will receive reasonable notice if a material change substantially reduces the paid service.
11. Warranties and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, education and analytical tools are supplied without a promise of profitability, funding success, uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Trading risks outside RegimeWorks’ control include market movement, leverage, spreads, slippage, liquidity, news, broker execution, platform faults and data-feed differences.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful. Any limitation or exclusion applies only to the extent permitted by South African law.
12. Privacy, complaints and governing law
The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Complaints should first be emailed to support@regimeworks.com with enough detail for investigation. RegimeWorks will attempt to resolve complaints in good faith.
These Terms are governed by South African law. Nothing prevents a consumer from using a regulator, ombud, court or other remedy available under applicable law. Terms may be updated for legal, security or operational reasons; material changes affecting an active paid membership will be communicated in advance where reasonably required.
