Read this disclosure before using RegimeWorks education, analytical tools or community material.

1. Education only

RegimeWorks provides general education and analytical tools. Nothing on the website, in the indicator, in a review session, in the community or in a message is personalised financial, investment, legal or tax advice. RegimeWorks does not provide trading signals, manage accounts or instruct members to enter or exit live trades.

If you require advice based on your finances, experience, objectives or risk tolerance, consult an appropriately authorised independent professional.

2. Trading is high risk

Forex, contracts for difference, cryptocurrency, indices, commodities and other leveraged products can move rapidly. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. You may lose all capital allocated to trading and, depending on the product, broker, jurisdiction and account protections, losses may exceed the amount initially deposited.

Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Consider using a demo account and completing your own backtesting and forward testing before risking live capital.

3. No guaranteed outcome

No strategy, indicator, risk-to-reward ratio, win rate or rule set guarantees profitability. A profitable historical sample can experience future losses, extended drawdowns, losing streaks or complete failure when market conditions change.

RegimeWorks does not guarantee income, profits, a funded account, completion of a prop-firm evaluation, recovery of losses or any particular learning timeline.

4. Backtests and examples

Backtested and hypothetical results have important limitations. They may be affected by hindsight, sample selection, data quality, rule interpretation and assumptions about spreads, commission, slippage, liquidity, news and order execution. They do not represent future trading and should not be treated as a forecast.

Any live or historical trade shown is an educational case study—not a recommendation to copy it. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. Indicator limitations

The private RegimeWorks TradingView indicator applies programmed rules to chart and market data. It is an analytical aid, not an autonomous decision-maker. Its output can be affected by settings, symbol definitions, broker feeds, timeframe selection, delayed or incomplete data, software changes and platform outages.

An indicator zone or structure label does not establish that a trade is valid, suitable or likely to win. The trader must still apply the plan, validation rules and risk controls.

6. Execution and technology risk

Actual entries and exits may differ from chart examples because of spreads, gaps, slippage, latency, rejected orders, price-feed differences, market closures, volatility, liquidity, broker rules and technical failures. Stop-loss and take-profit orders may not execute at the requested price.

RegimeWorks does not control TradingView, brokers, prop firms, payment providers, internet connections or third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their availability, data or execution.

7. Brokers and prop firms

Each broker and proprietary-trading firm has its own rules, fees, instruments and risk limits. These can change. You are responsible for checking and complying with the terms that apply to your own account.

References to a broker or prop firm do not constitute endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated. Membership does not guarantee that you will pass or retain an evaluation or funded account.

8. Your responsibility

You decide whether, when and how to trade. You are responsible for:

  • Assessing whether trading is appropriate for you.
  • Selecting a lawful and suitable broker or platform.
  • Verifying prices, position size and order details.
  • Setting and respecting your own risk limits.
  • Understanding tax and regulatory obligations.
  • Accepting the financial and psychological consequences of your decisions.

Community feedback explains concepts and rule application. It is not permission or an instruction to place a trade.

9. Acknowledgement

By joining or using member tools, you confirm that you understand:

  • Trading involves a real risk of substantial loss.
  • No result, income, funding outcome or profitability is guaranteed.
  • The indicator and education do not replace your own decision-making.
  • You remain responsible for every trade and every risk taken on your account.

Nothing in this disclosure limits a right or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
