How RegimeWorks handles personal information.

This policy explains what information FJFM Holdings (Pty) Ltd t/a RegimeWorks collects, why it is used, who may receive it and the choices available to you.

2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the website and membership, we may collect:
- Application information: name, email, country, time zone, TradingView username, age confirmation, trading experience, goals, availability, expectations and application responses.
- Membership and billing information: membership status, access history, invoices, payment status and transaction references supplied by the payment provider.
- Learning and community information: markups, questions, comments, journal extracts, feedback and material you choose to share.
- Communications: emails and support messages exchanged with us.
- Technical information: IP address, browser or device details, security logs and essential cookie information generated by the website and its service providers.
We do not ask applicants for identity documents, account passwords, broker credentials or trading-account login details. Do not place sensitive account information in free-text fields or community posts.
3. Applications and forms
Application submissions are transmitted through the RegimeWorks WordPress website and delivered to applications@regimeworks.com for manual review. The current form is configured for email delivery and is not intended to create a separate submissions database inside WordPress. Email systems may retain delivered messages and backups.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance and does not create a paid membership. Required fields are used to assess suitability and communicate a decision. Optional fields may be left unanswered.
4. Why we use information
- Assess membership applications and communicate the outcome.
- Create, administer and support approved memberships.
- Control access to training, the private TradingView indicator and the community.
- Deliver education, group reviews and support.
- Process payments, issue invoices and maintain accounting records.
- Respond to questions, complaints and privacy requests.
- Protect the website, indicator, members and intellectual property against misuse.
- Meet legal, tax, security and regulatory obligations.
We use information with consent, where it is necessary to consider or perform a contract, where law requires it, or where a legitimate business interest can be pursued without unjustifiably infringing your privacy.
6. Retention and security
Personal information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, an active contract, a lawful business need or a legal record-keeping obligation. Unsuccessful applications are ordinarily reviewed for deletion after 12 months. Membership, invoice and transaction records may be retained for longer where tax, accounting or dispute requirements apply.
RegimeWorks uses reasonable safeguards such as restricted administrative access, strong authentication, software updates, backups and reputable providers. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a security compromise affects personal information, RegimeWorks will follow the response and notification steps required by applicable law.
7. Marketing and cookies
Messages about an application, payment, access or security are operational communications. Promotional email will be sent only where permitted and may be unsubscribed from without affecting essential membership messages. Any future optional mailing-list consent will be separate from the membership application.
The website uses cookies required for security and core functionality. If non-essential analytics or advertising technology is introduced, RegimeWorks will update this notice and add appropriate consent controls before using it.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask RegimeWorks to confirm whether it holds your information, provide access, correct inaccurate information, delete information it is no longer authorised to retain, object to certain processing or withdraw consent where consent is the basis used. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.

9. Age requirement and changes
The website and membership are intended only for people aged 18 or older. RegimeWorks does not knowingly accept applications from children. If it learns that a child submitted personal information, appropriate deletion steps will be taken unless retention is legally required.
This policy may be updated when services, providers or legal obligations change. The current version will show a revised “last updated” date, and material changes will be communicated where reasonably required.
